The distribution of the handbooks is similar to that of the Polish Ports Handbook.
The Pocket Book is distributed among:
- Local and foreign brokers, broker companies and transport companies,
- Producers and deliverers of naval equipment,
- Shipyards and ship owners,
- Port agencies and shipchandlering companies,
- Classification societies and insurance companies.

Futher recipients of the handbook will be:
- Ship captains and marine offices,
- Central and regional administration offices,
- Chambers of commerce, foreign representatives in Poland,
- Commerce law offices in Polish Embassies abroad,
- Marine foundations,
- Partakers of local and foreign fairs.
